Support
Help, and the limits worth knowing first.
Most questions have one of six answers. They are listed first, so you may not need to write at all.
Last changed 11 October 2026.
01Before you write: the limits behind most surprises
A draft was rejected. It contained a figure, a superlative or a promise that no confirmed fact supports, or it broke one of your rules. The reason is shown on the piece. Confirm the fact it needs, or accept that the line should go.
Nothing drafts. A workspace needs a plan to draft, at least one confirmed fact, and room under its monthly cost cap. A paused or suspended workspace drafts nothing. The dashboard’s “Next” line says which of these applies.
A second product was refused. Without a plan a workspace holds one product. Each plan has its own limit, shown on your Plan screen.
Pieces were marked recalled. A fact they cited changed on your site. Confirm the new wording on the fact sheet and new drafts can use it.
The sign-in link did not work. It works once and expires in an hour. Ask for a new one. You can ask again after a minute.
It did not post anything. It does not post to social networks, and it never sends to an email list on its own. See how it works.
02How to reach us
Help with the product: support@campaignfleet.com.
Privacy, data requests and anything legal: legal@campaignfleet.com.
Asking for an invitation, or anything else: hello@campaignfleet.com.
Email is the only channel. There is no chat and no phone line.
03What to include
The email address you sign in with, the name of the workspace and the product, and what you expected to happen.
If a draft is involved, its first line. If a run is involved, roughly when it happened; every step is in your workspace’s ledger and that is where we will look.
Never send an access key or a password. We will not ask for one.
04What we can and cannot promise
We read everything and answer in the order it arrives. We do not promise a response time, because a number we might miss is a claim we could not support.
The product is in private testing, so things change and occasionally break. If something is wrong with a figure on this website, tell us: that matters to us more than most things.
05Billing, cancelling and deleting
Change plan, update a card, see invoices or cancel under Manage billing on your Plan screen. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
You can delete a workspace, or your whole account, on the Account screen. A workspace with a plan has to be cancelled first. See the terms and the privacy notice.
