What we store, and who else sees it.

campaignfleet.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It has no forms. If you ask for early access, you do it by sending us an email, and we keep that email to reply to you.

Like any website, our host keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses.

Your email address, which is how you sign in.

What you put into a workspace: product names and site addresses, the facts read from those sites and whether you confirmed them, your rules, every draft and what was decided about it, and a ledger of each step an agent or a key took, with its cost.

For access keys, a fingerprint of the key and not the key itself. We cannot show you a key again after you create it.

For a paying workspace, the plan, the subscription’s status and Stripe’s reference numbers for the customer and subscription. We never receive your card details.

For tracked links, a count of how many times each link was followed. We store nothing about the people who follow them.

The app sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and nothing else. It sets no advertising cookies.

Our host measures page performance in the app without cookies and without identifying you.

Cloudflare hosts this website and the app.

Supabase holds the database and handles sign-in. The data is stored in the United States.

Anthropic provides the AI model that writes drafts. When a run happens, the product’s name, its facts, its rules and a summary of how earlier pieces performed are sent to Anthropic’s API. Your email address is not.

Resend sends email from the app: your sign-in link, a test of an approved email piece, sent to you, and draft broadcasts you choose to create for your own lists.

Stripe takes payment and holds billing details.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except when the law requires it.

When you add a product, the app fetches public pages from the site address you gave it, the way a search engine would. It does not sign in anywhere and does not read anything that is not public.

We keep a workspace until its owner deletes it. Its ledger cannot be edited, and entries cannot be removed one by one; that is what makes it a record. Deleting the workspace deletes its ledger with it.

You can delete a workspace, or your whole account, on the Account screen in the app. It happens at once and we keep no copy. A workspace with a plan has to be cancelled first. Stripe keeps its own billing records for as long as tax law requires.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights. Write to legal@campaignfleet.com and we will answer.
